How we’re operating during the COVID-19 crisis

As the effect of COVID-19 continues to evolve and cause massive disruption to the day to day lives of all Australians, we would like to keep you updated on the exact nature of our business operations.
During this time we ask that you please show an extra level of patience and kindness towards our team. It is not an easy time for all involved, they’re a fantastic bunch and are doing their very best to keep up our usual high level of service.
Is Snap Shades still open for business?
Yes. We are in the fortunate position of being a predominantly online only business, so our operations are running as per usual.
Will I receive my delivery if I order today?
Yes, we are still able to dispatch orders for Australia and worldwide using Australia Post/EMS.
Unfortunately there are significant delays with shipments both within Australian and internationally at the moment due to flight cancellations and government restrictions.
We are not able to provide estimated delivery dates and once a product is dispatched from our warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.
Is contactless delivery available?
Yes, a great feature of our shades is the satchel/box it comes in – which means we can leave it at your door without you having to interact with our delivery teams. Additionally, all our shades are packed with its own storage bag to ensure an extra layer of protection for the product.
Is your showroom open?
Our showroom is closed for the foreseeable future. We are providing contactless pickup. Please contact us prior to placing your order online.
Is your 30-days Snap Shades refund guarantee still available?
Yes – absolutely! If within the first 30 days you are unhappy with your Snap Shades, we can provide support and/or give you a full refund.
We will keep this page updated as soon as new information that changes the above comes to light.
This, of course, is a very difficult time from a business and personal point of view, both globally and within Australia. For you guys to keep shopping with us during this time means the absolute world to us. It means we can continue to contribute to the economy, keep our team employed and keep delivering our customers our amazing Snap Shades.
