Snap Shades uses the Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your goods. However, should anything go missing or get damaged in transit we will endeavour to assist where there is a legitimate claim. Snap Shades cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.
You will receive a confirmation email from Snap Shades to confirm your order has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Snap Shades with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox and/or that the email address you have provided is correct. Please email us at info@snapshades.com.au with your Order Number to check the status of your order.
If there is a delivery failure not caused by Snap Shades (for example, an item is returned to sender/undelivered due to an incorrect address provided), Snap Shades can resend the item once postage fees for re-delivery are paid.
The below processing and delivery time frames apply to in-stock items only. Please allow up to 45 business days for the delivery of backorder items.

All Accessories orders are shipped via Standard Mail (no tracking details available).
Please be aware there may be some delays during and following any sale/promotional events and any exhibition’s we attend throughout the year. We do not ship on NSW Public Holidays.

International Shipping
International postage charges are determined by the zone your destination country belongs to.
We are able to ship internationally via Australia Post/EMS or DHL Express International. Upon checkout, you will be provided with the relevant options once you have entered your address.
Australia Post/EMS divides the international delivery network into zones, based on delivery costs and speed. Each zone has its price point. The zone structure Australia Post uses depends on the weight of the item being sent. Our website will calculate weight automatically and provide you with a shipping cost to your address.

Please note: The purchaser is liable for any duties/taxes/fees payable in the receiving country. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If an item is returned to us due to refusal of the purchaser to pay their local custom duties/taxes/fees, the order will be refunded once it is received back, less the shipping costs for parcel to be returned to us.
